I shared a voucher for a free eye exam and discounted glasses for a friend on hard times, I get a few of these a year to give out to people who need them and need to see. I recommended she go to this clinic and as soon as they found out they werent going to make commission off of her for her purchase, she was no longer a priority and was an inconvenience and was passed off. Speaking as an optician, my goal is to help a patient see their best, not to make money off their purchase. Im disgusted and appalled, I do not recommend going to this staff if you want to be seen as more than a dollar sign to someone.

The staff here is exceptionally professional and accommodating. I had an eye emergency and they took me right in understanding the seriousness of my injury. Please consider using this office. I have never been disappointed.

Had an appointment scheduled this morning and no one bothered to call and notify that my appointment was canceled because the doctor wasn't available for the morning. These receptionist better get their job priorities in order. 10/04/23
