I want to be as clear as possible when I say dont live here. For housing for college students the WiFi works a solid 10% of the time here and they will give no updates and act insulted if you ask when youll b able to do your homework in the comfort of your own home again. The walls are thinner than paper and everything is cheap as dirt. The Cabinets will break just by opening and closing them. Did I forget to mention the fire alarms thatll go off at 4 AM randomly once every couple weeks? It is the saddest excuse possible for comfortable living. My friends lived here last year and said they tainted them with undeserving fines on their way out which Im sure they will bless my roommates and I with as well. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

This Apartment Complex WILL have you towed at some point during your time renting. They have a contract with a company called Bandit Towing. The towing company is predatory. They circle and circle to find cars that are either visiting someone at The Archive or they find a resident who doesnt have their decal positioned just right. Look up The Archive apartments on the Better Business Bureau website. You can read all about the horrible experiences of their residents there.
