When my brother passed away during COVID 2020 the staff here were so kind and helpful to us all. They took care of all of our needs and requests professionally. I dont usually leave reviews but when i saw and read all the 1 star reviews I felt i needed to. If you read those reviews, they are all from a single funeral and related to the music. I cant speak to their personal experience but it happened to us at a different facility. They played the wrong music. People make mistakes

Diane and team went above and beyond for our family, and I cannot express how thankful I am to the entire Olive Branch Coleman team for making this experience as easy on our family as possible. Their team was professional, sympathetic, and attentive. I would like to give a special shoutout to Diane, who from the moment we stepped through the doors was welcoming, diligent, reliable, and considerate.

Coleman funeral home made our mothers funeral absolutely beautiful, pictures placed in all of the right places and the slideshow was perfectly put together. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, providing us with everything we needed. 10/10 recommend this place.

I cannot begin to express the amount of gratitude my family and I have for the staff of Coleman Funeral Home of Olive Branch. The words "above and beyond" don't even come close to the amount of love and support we received while going through the burial process. Never once were we pressured to buy anything excessive or extravagant, and any time we had a question or concern they worked with us to make things just right. This facility is also beautiful, it looks more like an upscale lodge than your standard funeral home. I also want to specifically mention Diane and Taylor, if it wasn't for them the services wouldn't have been nearly as wonderful as they were for our family and friends.

Words can't express the gratitude our family had for the staff at Coleman Funeral Home in Olive Branch, MS. They were the most loving, caring, and compassionate individuals that guided us through every step of the process. Diane, our director, played a crucial role through this difficult time and made us feel more like family instead of clients. Diane along with Taylor bent over backwards to accommodate our every need and wish in order to honor our loved one who had passed. The facility itself was fantastic. It felt like we were in a resort lodge instead of the traditional funeral home setting. Many of the guest who showed up commented on what a beautiful, comfortable environment it was. Diane was with us from the first time we stepped in the door until our loved one was laid at her final resting place. What an incredible experience we had with the staff at Coleman Funeral Home during one of the most sad times of our lives. The folks at Coleman are a credit to their craft.
