DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL: BUGS!!!!
The looks of the place are VERY misleading. It looks beautiful from the outside, when we got in the room with our luggage we opened a drawer and roaches came pouring out!
I immediately went to the front to get a refund, and the lady at the desk did not at all seem surprised. There was no apologies, no offering to move me and my family to another room, (which wouldn't have been accepted, roaches like that in one room, there's more in others).
I was told my money would be back on my card the next day. It's now been 3 days and it still hasn't been refunded. I will be calling corporate and letting them know.

There were roaches crawling all over the bathroom. I understand that living in the south there will be an occasional pest in the rooms. However, these were German Roaches and every time we went into the bathroom we seen several. We did not eat breakfast due to this and my husband would not brush his teeth until we got out of there. The front desk refused to refund me $30 that i asked for. This would have at least covered the breakfast we had to pay for. Never again will i stay here. Its disgusting.

Comfortable bed, good location. Room was dirty. Floors weren't cleaned. Hair all over the bathroom. Shower curtain was black. Light bulbs out. They didn't even replace the empty toilet paper holder. Overall, not the best experience.
Rooms: Size was standard. Room was dirty.

The rooms are extremely gross. Very stinky, no ventilation and the towels were all dirty. The beds are lumpy and the pillows are small and under the thin sheets are every obviously stained as is the mattress. It's pretty bad. Outside the hotel looks nice, the lobby also looks cute but once you pass the lobby into the rooms, eww. You can feel the dingyness and it creeps and is super eerie. For some reason so many doors are propped open most likely for renovations. The hotel breakfast... Skip it.. the best thing about it is the oatmeal. I had a bagel but it was rock hard. I read the other reviews about service so I don't think I want to deal with that. I'll just take my business elsewhere
