I feel like I was hooked like a fish, I needed insurance for my wife and received prices from Jared that sounded to good to be true and of course it was. Blue cross said we was not paying enough and went up on monthly premium , if I would have been told the truth up front I wouldn’t even bought the insurance to start with and I’ve made calls to talk to Jared and each time said he would pull my wife’s file and get back with me and I never received a call back

Unfortunately, Jared Cannon ghosted my business and would not return our calls after we lost almost 20k due to him not submitting my financial statement but literally had no problem setting us up on auto pay. When I originally tried to contact Jared about the loss of money he wouldn't answer so I sent him a text message stating "what's going on with my account"?
he texted back, that it was all turned in just disregard the notice theyre backed up with medicare and itll show up no problem, so I did. That was a lie because I find out that he never submitted my financial statement when all he had to say was "I'm sorry I'm busy send it yourself"!
Nope nothing and no return call. I was told by health market that HIS monthly commission is based on MY monthly premium. Ive been in business over 30 years and this is "Bad Business"
I sure hope he enjoyed our money because we got absolutely NO health insurance. Was told we had it when we didn't, was told to send $286.00 which health market returned to us wanting 568.00 x 4 months
I've never been taken by a local agent more less the health market and cigna.
So between
Jared Cannon--- Health Market----- Cigna
They each blame the other while my business is out 17,000

Mr Cannon I sent you multiple messages you chose to ignore.
Trust me, I know the game and I WILL PLAY BACK.

Mr. Rush was amazing, fast and knows the insurance industry very well. Went in and was signed up for insurance in minutes. So much better that online.

I have been trying to have an insurance problem corrected by Jared for over a year!!!!!!!!!!The insurance was taken out under the wrong person.
I have called and called and left messages, sent multiple texts, spoken to his secretary, texted his secretary, called and texting his mom who works with him and even set up an appointment to meet with him. He did not show up for the appointment.
This is the most maddening issue I believe I have ever had with a business. Nobody will help me!!!
I have received texts and emails, just a few, that say the issue will be taken care of in two days or next week. Not a thing has been done.
My next action is filing a grievance with the insurance commissioner.
Im learning it can help to have attorneys and a judge as close friends!!!!!!
