Scheduled maintenance was from 8 to 12. I received no notice and it is past 1pm. I have my generator behind a locked gate and I had to cancel other appointments because I have had this scheduled for over a month.
Also I was notified I will still be charged the same even though I have waited all day. We need more gas services in this area.

The website says your open but nobody answered the phone I need gas ASAP

We were going to purchase a 1600.00 generator from them , and they were going to charge us over 500.00 for just the hose to hook the generator up to the gas tank. When we questioned them about the price and stated that it was way to much to pay for a hose, and we would have to do business with someone else, they just said okay! What business treats customers like that? I sent an email to the main office and didnt even get a response! We will go with Neil Gas out of Biloxi!
