      Checkers

      As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

      image The menu showed some good looking fry-seasoned chicken, but if you order it, its not at all fry-seasoned chicken. Its cheap chicken out of a bag from a supermarket. Not fried crispy, not fry-seasoned, plain tasting, like it came out of a microwave.

      image I paid on the app for my food one night about 15 minutes before they closed and when I got there they said they were closed (they were not scheduled to close for another 7 minutes) and I would be refunded the money for the food that was months ago and I still have not received any refund. Every single time I try to explain it to management I get the same response- its going to be refunded just wait I used the app for my order. I guess Im just out that $38.00 smh
