      image Horrible customer service. Waited all day for a tech to get here. Got two calls saying he was on the way. Waited on my porch and no one came down my driveway for hours. Called back only for them to tell me the tech couldnt make contact and I would need to reschedule. I escalated the call and talked to several people only for them to tell me they cant help me. Needless to say a whole wasted day and not to mention the money I lost out on at work today. The most unorganized, non communicating company, and no professionalism.
      Word of advice as a large company I believe yall should still respect your customers time especially in this economy.
      Save your time and go with a different company

      image I have Sparklight internet 4 2 months I been having problems everyday n I payed a head of time so I don't see y I'm having so much trouble with sparklight internet everybody come sue this internet service we pay good money 2 get good service n we r not
