Called over a week in advance to have a 30 minute repair done. Asked if they could make sure they would be there at the time they had given or let me know of any change because I was 4 hours away. Called to see what was taking so long on the day they were supposed to come out and told me they couldnt make it. No call and lost a day of work. Horrible. Never again

Our heat stopped working Saturday morning my husband Phil called the office & spoke to a very nice lady who took his information we had a return call from Butch Thorpe within 15-20 minutes & a technician was at our home within 30 minutes, our heat was fixed within the hour. The technician was very polite, professional and very informative, he took his time to make sure we were satisfied with everything he did to fix it. We have used no one except Thorpe Sheet Metal for all our issues! We would recommend them to everyone! Services: A/C system maintenance, HVAC duct & vent repair, A/C system vent cleaning
