      image Service was ok in the beginning then they charged me activation fee that were supposed to be waived and they showed up on my bill and also the young lady had me put money down in which the customer service dept told me that I shouldnt have had to pay anything down and then they didnt add the promotion to my account. I will be reporting this to the BBB & corporate as well as the area manager. This is ridiculous and trying to make a sale is uncalled for and I called and asked for a manager and Ashanti put the sales person that gave the terrible service on the phone how dumb can you be.
