I would like to make a note that the review from Mrs. Pamela Parkins is not pertaining to Sigler Funeral Home in Lucedale, MS.
Her review is pertaining to Seigler Funeral Home on Canal Street in Mulberry, Florida.

I was so disappointed when I went to Seigler Funeral Home. Was meet by the owner in a pair of shorts and tee shirt. Very unprofessional. Not very friendly and told me he would not put my husbands ashes in the urn I had because I did not purchase it from him. Said he had done that in the past and was accused of damaging the urn and had to replace it. It took over a week to get my husbands ashes. When I went to pick them up I did take my urn in hopes he would help me. I told his wife I would sign a paper releasing him from any liability. He came in while I was talking to her and then I ask him would he put them in for me. He said since his wife heard me say I would not hold him accountable for any damage he would do it. He didnt seem very happy to do it. I ask him if I could come back with him. He said if I was going to do that why didnt I just put his ashes in myself. Told me to wait in Lobby. His wife was really nice and ask me to sign a release form for my huabands ashes. She went back and got my urn and opened the door for me. Was very nice. I never saw the owner again. Im sorry but I have been to other funeral homes before and have never felt like what I was going through mattered. I will never use this funeral home again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I dont care how long you have been in business you were very unprofessional. I guess you have to spend thousand of dollars to get the professional service. If they have one. Just my opinion.
