Absolutely terrible wifi service DO NOT waste your money. Its as if we never got Wi-Fi at all.

They install a whole satellite dish and there is still horrible service. They packages 2gand 5g internet but the 5G is worse than the 2G. I hope no one waste money on this company. I wish I could afford to switch. I miss AT&T and they were a shared network...

I have had buffering problems from day one . They have tried to fix it there but nothing seems to help. Imagine trying to watch a movie and the screen goes black every 3-5 minutes and it takes 30 seconds to start again. If you only need computer internet with no streaming it might work for you but "do not" buy this for roku or other streaming service. BTW the help team is very patient but they can't fix a defective system

This is the absolute worst internet service Ive ever had! I call constantly for them to check my modem and its always the same, unplug you modem and wait a few minutes, then plug it back. Or its your internet speed is too slow, but I will reset your modem for you to make it faster. Well, it sure as hell never works. Dial up was faster.
