Great Doctor. He believes in getting to the root of the problem and getting you off the meds if possible instead of the "take two of these and call me in the morning" types.

My parents have dr. Turner as a general physician. I feel that he is an great physician but his staff is very unprofessional. I think he has too many patients and not enough staff. The front desk person was supposed to call in a prescription for my dad on Friday (June 4) to help him sleep and lied and informed my mom that she called it in but never did. We have had several bad experiences at this facility and will be trying to get my parents another doctor

Thank you for your compliment of Dr. Turner. To whom much is given, much is required. The prescription was authorized Friday as staff stated. We have documentation of that. Our legal team is aware. There was an error with it being processed. It's not clear if that was on pharmacy end or our end. The word "lie" used here is slander and does have consequences. As far as several bad experiences this is the first we have heard of and we take patient concerns very seriously. Email us about those several bad experiences at [email protected]. Lastly, if you feel your loved one needs a different facility please do what's best for them. We would be saddened to lose him but it's always about what's best for the patient at the end of the day. Just let us know and we can oblige. Thank you again for your feedback!
