I'm leaving this review for a friend who couldn't find any other way to post a review about this business. They have horrible reviews on Facebook but those can be removed, google reviews can not.
BUYERS BEWARE - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS
here's why:
On May4th 2021 an order was placed for 2 head wraps. A current website coupon was also used. After purchase email states hand made items take 7-14 business days to make.
So, on June 8th 2021, I sent an email asking for updates on my order since I hadn't heard anything from this business after placing my order over a month ago.
The ONLY reply to my email (on June 9th)was another email with tracking information saying "your order has been shipped" .
A few days later I check the tracking number (because I know companies will send tracking detail even before they actually ship, they just create postage which automatically triggers a "packaged mailed" email.
To this date, June 21st the package still hasn't been scanned by the post office, hence still not mailed out.
Please see photos, private info has been whited out for personal reasons. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge, still in the dispute process.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS!!! There are a ton of facebook reviews that say the same thing, she scams and steals money without actually sending your order.
