After a communication snafu Greg came through like a champ. Rinnai water heater totally screwed up a warranty claim. I was going to be without hot water for 4 days but Greg did not allow it and purchased another tankless water heater and installed it. He honored the warranty that Rinnai did not by replacing the unit with another brand so we could have hot water before the weekend. He worked all today to resolve the problem for us, and it was much appreciated.

Greg did all the initial rough in plumbing of our new home build but then refused to answer the phone or return calls once we needed him to finish the project like he agreed. We still have all the sinks, tub, and faucets to be put in as well as gas lines to be hooked up. He’s walked off the job for no apparent reason and no warning. We will end up having to spend 1 to 2 thousand more dollars to hire someone new to finish plumbing our house. I wish I had used a more dependable and honest plumber to start.

Mike came out and fixed our leaky toilet. Very professional, and very thorough. They fixed stuff that our previous plumber had messed up.

The worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. No complaints about the work, but will not use them in the future.
