My mom and other family members are patients here. I took my mom to her appointment here recently and she seemed all happy. My mom said everybody seems happy with this establishment except... when she came out of her appointment she was all grumpy about all sorts of things. Now my mom is often grumpy so...
They have a nice optics place inside this clinic and they also sell sunglasses with brands like Costa, Maui Jim & Ray Ban. I have never been to any other optical place that had so many patients waiting to be seen! So I have to assume this is a very popular clinic.

This is the second time I have experienced inefficient, rude service from the optical department. Both times I received the incorrect contacts after waiting a month -when I was told they would be delivered within a week. The staff seemed as if they have no time to talk to customers to ensure orders are correct. Their haste is not due to being understaffed because I spoke to various ladies in the optical dept over the many times I had to call to attempt to resolve this issue. They were all very condescending and rude. They got the order wrong every time. My eyes are hurting right now because they still sent the wrong contacts. The lady said, "Get some glasses."

They are a mill for cataract surgery. They try to push procedures that you may can do without.
