Terminix personnel are consistently courteous and professional. The work is done to a high standard and, perhaps most importantly, while using Terminix we have had no issue with pests of any kind.

Very disappointed in the customer care. I was quoted flea treatment for a quarterly price.
Technician showed up after they sent me the flea preparation check sheet (which I performed) and told me fleas was not covered under the plan they billed me for, and he did not even have the right equipment on his truck. Turns out the agent quoted me general pest control, even though I repeatedly said I wanted flea control. She even asked me the square footage of my house for that purpose. I even called the morning of the appointment which is when they sent me the flea checklist, and this was the local branch that I talked to so I'm not sure where the disconnect was.
The clincher is that the agent on the phone told me that fleas was covered but the technician and branch manager said it was not. So I cancelled my service because no one could tell me what to get or do. All they could do was say sorry.
Agent called the branch manager and the branch manager told them that the issue was that they had to do an inspection first and then prepare a quote on what it would cost. First time hearing that and Orkin gave me a flat rate price, so Orkin gets it I guess.
2 stars because everyone I talked to was at least kind.

Your driver on courthouse rd in Gulfport barely missed me by 6 ft. I was walking on sidewalk. Couldn't r call and report it. No one answered

Technician returned 3 times to complete termite treatment. Project completion was delayed due to extensive rainfall, drill bit broke, & ran out of white grout. Company retreated w liquid around slab to insure protection after heavy rainfall immediately following initial treatment. I am satisfied with their dual termite abatement system. Services: General pest inspection, Cockroach extermination, Bug & insect extermination, Ant extermination
