Very unprofessional. I guess they have new people and everyone doesnt know the cost of everything. I was told over the phone that the consultation for my husband was free and all we had to pay for was the X-ray which was 60$. We walk in the building and they then said 90$. 90$ wasnt a problem but if youre prepared for a certain price thats what youre expecting to pay. Then they got an attitude when I said I wasnt told 90$. Kept saying smart comments and just being plain out rude. Of course my husband didnt want to make a scene so he ended up paying it. But thats besides the point. They wouldve got the 60$ or got nothing at all if it was me. So yea, fyi make sure you confirm the price and have proof of what youre told because theyll change the price once you actually get in the building.

My daughter went to see Dr. Hilton’s office last week. Her wisdom teeth is coming in my daughter is 13 years old will be 14 in December of this year and my daughters is in pain the assistant came out and said that my daughter is too young to have wisdom teeth coming in. Just to let you know, I was 11 years old when my wisdom tooth came in and extracted from the dentist my opinion, there is no age limit when wisdom teeth come in, what the dentist told me well actually his assistant and prescribe my daughter, a mouthwash to alleviate the swelling to go down and if she still is in pain to call back and get an oral surgeon to take care of it so I’m confused to say that age matters in this decision? I don’t quite understand that .

I wish I could separate the Dentist from the office, But I can't. Dr. Hilton is a good dentist. His work is good and he is very personable. However, his office staff are terrible. My wife has been to Dr. Hilton 4 times. Every time goes the same. The billing clerk calls us to the desk before the appointment begins. She tells us what the procedure will cost, what our insurance will pay and what we will have to pay. I pay right there on the spot so I won't have to keep track of another bill in the mail. My wife has the work done and we go home. About five or six weeks later a bill arrives at the house from Hilton Dental Clinic. They have been from $22 to $126. I call and ask why I'm getting a bill for a procedure that was supposed to be paid in full at the time of service. Every time I get the same answer. The insurance didn't pay what they thought they would. I called the insurance company. They say that every Dentist that takes their insurance has a copy of the things they pay for and how much. And that the Dentist has agreed to accept their price list of what a procedure should cost. We are tired of being taken advantage of. We have found another very good Dentist with a COMPETENT billing office.
