It took over a month to get an appointment only for them to deny my claim. Needless, to say, I was not happy. All that time, I could've went elsewhere.

Went here about shoulder pain and got a steroid shot. This review has nothing to do with the doctors but with the fact that I was never told nor is it advertised that this is a hospital clinic and therefore will be billed per hospital prices. It is advertised as Singing River Gulfport Orthopedics. Imagine my surprise when my insurance company claim sheet shows where they charged $5906.00 for a steroid shot. A STEROID SHOT! Totally unbelievable and utterly ridiculous. Suffice to say I will never return to that facility.

Went for my appt. To my understanding it was at 1.40 because when I called to schedule, I told her I get off at 2 and can'tmiss to much work. Anyway go in and start to fill out my paperwork and lady opens glass says can I help you? I said I'm here for my 1.40 appt. She says no your appt was at 1. Would you like to reschedule? Only one person in waiting room and asked me if I want to reschedule, not even try to fit me in.

After being a patient of another local orthopedic group after a bad experience three weeks ago I decided this is it and walked out. Plan was to not look back so I informed my GP I wanted a referral to an orthopedic doctor within the Singing River Network group.
Well he did just that.
From scheduling of my appointment, to checking in and seeing the Physicians my experience was awesome. Dr Jay asked me many questions and I answered. He reviewed my Xrays in front of me unlike the other place I was going to for a very long time. I felt like I knew the entire group who was discussing my condition. Very personable and I now have orthopedic group who cares about their patients. Thank you Dr. Jay . Dr Kevin and briefly Dr Meyers and staff yall are the bomb.
