Bought a kioti tractor from Ellisville Auto Supply.
It had problems 6 months in for 4 full years.
It went to the shop 4 or 5 times...
The dealer said they just couldn't find anything wrong with it.
Even though a tech rode down with his computer to pick it up and had trouble loading the tractor for 30 minutes because it kept stalling.
The dealer told me I could contact the kioti company for help even though it was his responsibility. Eventually it was found to be a problem with an in line fuel filter that kioti found in many of their models.
I was never offered any apologies for my wasted time. No help with pick up fees. Nothing. The customer service is horrible and I never felt like anyone was actually trying to help me. The kioti company is horrible as well. 6 year old tractor only has 300 hours on it and now it needed a new ac condenser for $3000 that wasn't covered under warranty. Steer clear people. Good luck out there.
