I have been a customer for at least ten years. I have never had issues until this year. Before the service, before this last treatment, I noticed the guy did not do my whole yard; I was told he would come back to finish it and that he had to leave early. To my knowledge, he never came back. This last service, I was at home when he showed up. He came and put the bill on my door but never did the service. I checked my cameras to make sure, and it showed him pulling up, leaving the bill on my door, and leaving. I called and voiced my frustration. He said he would talk to the guy. The person I spoke to never apologized. When I said I wanted to cancel my service, he did not act like he hated seeing a long-time customer leave. This was the first year I prepaid for my services. In the past, I paid after services were completed. I dont understand why, after being a pleased customer for 9 of the ten years, this is happening. did receive a refund for the remaining portion.
