      image Checked in on a Sunday night. Bathroom was dirty called down to front desk. Attendant never called back. No one came to clean. Went to front desk Monday morning and was told housekeeping does not come in until after 10 and I could not have any cleaning products or paper towels. Cleaning manager came by. I pointed out dirty tub, mold on walls, sink faucet broke and wallpaper tearing. She cleaned bathroom tub. A few nights later I was awoke by the sound of water running. Water was coming from ceiling. I was told to bring what I needed for overnight and we'd be back in same room after repair. Next am night shift did not communicate with day shift. They asked us to move up to new room permanently. My husband works nights and manager refused to stop calling the room and threatened to remove our belongings. There was no consideration to respecting his work/sleep schedule even after it was explained. Staff is untrained, unprofessional and unaccommodating within a situation that is their responsibility. Hospitality is not their forte. I'll send pictures of above to corporate shortly since google will not allow me to upload. There are plenty of other options in area. Pick one not run by BSK hotels or associates.

      image I've stay at this location multiple times per year. Unfortunately they are continuing to decline. Rooms often have issues with phones, air conditioning, bathrooms and for some reason, no matter how many people you list as staying in the room, you only get two sets of towels. I'm hoping they will improve so I continue to give them a chance as I enjoy the brand as a whole.
      Rooms: Needs maintenance. A\C malfunction, towel racks broken, phones inoperable. Beds always made. Housekeeping will knock and check in.

      image Very nice p[ace. My family came from out of town to stay here during my brothers high school graduation. He finally did it!
      Be cautious though especially at night. I saw a opossum in the parking lot and it gave me a dirty look.

      image Wonderful stay! Beautiful room and great amenities. Didn't give a full 5 for being understaffed.
      Rooms: Spacious with glass showers.
      Nearby activities: Mall is a hop and skip. Main hwy (45) where are activities are is about 5 mins away.
      Walkability: A few restaurants are in walking distance.
