They have some REALLY nice stand up freezers for half price or more. I would have bought one, but we weren't comfortable with the 30 day in-store credit/ no refund warranty. Maybe, we will give them a go when we have a back up. Right now, I need a freezer with a for sure warranty that I won't have to worry about, because we have no back up. They lady was super nice and helpful.

You can't call them! No one ever answers the phone! You get told leave a message, but then get told the voice mailbox is full and they can't take any more messages. Do they want your business?
