As I was approaching the nai spa 2 male workers were sitting outside , they looked at me and began to say words and began to laugh. I started to turn around right then . When they came into the salon they continued to pass by my chair and laugh and jesture as they very openly looked at me from the counter and spoke to the other ladies jesting and laughing. Inside the workers were very nonchalant .If u want to be treated with respect as a customer .

If you dont get shellac on your toes - beware. They will repeatedly ask you if you want to get gel even if you dont want it. After the 4th time being asked if I wanted gel for my pedicure and saying no, my nail tech laughed and said Cheaper! I was very offended by that because not everyone wants shellac on their toes! To insult a customer because you think that they are being cheaper simply because they do not want the service you recommend is ignorant and ridiculous. They are inconsiderate and money hungry. Just try another nail salon in Clinton.

The customer service is wonderful, everyone is nice , but this one worker was extremely rude with my daughter when she was getting her nails done, my daughter is young and i guess she was moving her hand too much. And he was just rough with her and i didnt like it at all but i understand when its getting late and they are ready to head home but I would like if you guys tell your staff that they need to learn not to get so frustrated.

Her name is Kelly or something like that but she wears glasses and has purple highlights. She messed up my eyebrows so BAD. My eyebrows are SO swollen. She also left some wax ON MY HAIR!!!!!!!!!

Got my eyebrows waxed the girl put the wax on my eyelids which they immediately became irritated and now my left eyelid is swollen. So bad I had to put ice on it. My eyes have been hurting and feeling raw and irritated since the wax. She also dropped wax in my eyelash and Im still trying to get it out without pulling my eyelash out. I was very disappointed and will never go back there.
