We have been homeowners for almost 30 years now and when we moved to Waltham for a job opportunity, we decided to try living right downtown within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, walking trails, and public transit. The Merc at Moody and Main more than fit the bill. The leasing and move in process was easily a 5 star rating because of the stellar staff that worked as a team to address any questions that we had about our unit. I reserved my review until we had been here a while and I could give an overall review of the entire property-still an easy 5! I can not say enough about everyone from the maintenance guys, the grounds crew, the housekeeping staff that greets my dog and I each morning when we go out for a walk, and the friendly residents. So many positives happening in this community. Jeff and staff keep the place decorated and warm for every holiday season and I'm not sure they even know how much those efforts make The Merc feel like home. They also work tirelessly to plan activities for us all to enjoy and get to know each other and their doors are always open when we need them. I really wasn't expecting to be in a place where I no longer miss having our own property. We love living here and being a part of this amazing community.

My wife and I moved here a few months ago. We are very satisfied with everything. The place is very very clean and modern looking. We love outdoor sitting areas and access to multiple grilling spots including the roof. In-unit laundry is a big big plus!! The complex location could not be better. It is 2-3 minutes by walk from the bus or train station which really makes commuting easier. We love the underground garage! We feel very safe and secure living here. Management is very welcoming and kind. The leasing agent (Susan) was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful during move in and she still is. We really appreciate that there is always someone we can rely on and ask any questions and more importantly get an answer. Overall experience is very positive! We would highly recommend The Merc to everyone!
