Martha Gholar (older black lady with glasses) is the absolute worst worker up there she has a nasty attitude and no patience at all I have a picture so you guys will know who exactly she is sometimes she wears glasses sometimes she does not but on the flipside There is another young black lady name, April. She also wears glasses She is the best please go see her instead. But please stay far away from Martha gholar

Don't ever e pect to recieve your card without it being expiditedand even then who knows I'm not paying the expidite a card twice

Applied for an unsecured loan in November 2022. The loan payment was supposed to come out of my checking account from another credit union. Signed all the necessary documents and was assured all was in compliant. Noticed this month, each month my savings account was decreasing. So when I called and talked to Mrs Gipson, she admitted immediately that a mistake had been made by her. So she wanted to review documents and would get back with me and apologized for what happened. So when she called me back a day later, she stated that it was my fault that payments werent taken out of the right account. She stated it was to late for the bank to do anything about the error that she made; that if I had paid attention to my account within the first 90 days, maybe something could have been done. She also stated that I should have gone online and set up my payment deduction, not her. None of this was mentioned when I completed the documents for the loan. Still apologizing for her error but had switched the blame after talking to her supervisor, to me. Needless to say, I attempted to close my savings account but was told I had to keep it open because you cant have a loan without an open account.( never heard that before)So I left a minimum amount. Totally disappointed

I went to bank today and dealt with a loan officer Shelia Gibson she was very helpful and polite customer service skills were outstanding.

Today is June 9, 2023. I went into this branch to open a new account. While I was there, I experienced a bad encounter with assistant manager Shelia Gibson. She got all in my face, bucking her eyes and yelling. The Branch manager over heard Shelia Gibson and nothing was done about her unprofessional behavior. I am wondering if I made the right decision by banking here. Hostile, attitude...For what ? I went back and closed the account, one day a part . Open on Thursday, closed on Friday. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE... I HAD TO PAY TO APPLY FOR A LOAN. THEN WHEN I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT, I WAS CHARGED. I ASKED FOR MY DOCUMENTS BACK, TELLER SAID SHE COULDN'T GIVE ME MY DOCUMENTS BACK. IT'S SOME ILLEGAL STUFF GOING ON WITH THIS BANK. SHELIA GIBSON LOOKS LIKE A DOG WITH A WIG ON.... ALL IN MY FACE , EYES BUCKED........ CRAZY.....
