Our experience could not have been worse. They will say anything to get your business. They boast that they do background checks. The first person they sent us was wearing an ankle bracelet and she told us that she had been in prison for murder. The next day our grandmother went in the hospital and they kept calling us demanding $4000 because we broke the contract. They called us everyday while we sat by our dying grandmother's bedside. Horrible people! Beware of this company.

Worst service ever, beware...talked a good game at first. Set up service, paid $200 deposit, and prepaid for 7 hrs. Mike Hillie came over at agreed time, thats why I don't mind the 1 star...but did not wear a mask, didnt wash hands or put gloves on for tube feeding, my father did not want them back after that. Cant believe anyone would be that lax in health care for an elderly man when Covid is spiking. I attempted to get a 5 hour refund and request was rejected. Do not use this service, my fault for pre-paying but was in a tough spot. HORRIBLE
