You can't call her, email her, or stop by without an appointment. To get an appointment meams she would need to answer her phone, which she doesn't. You never get your results. My son's primary doctor has called and failed and my son's school is waiting in order to alter his curriculum to fit his needs....with no response. No professionalism or common courtesy to even pick up the phone to call with updates. I recommend this lady to NO ONE. Don't even waste your time.

Was told my son's diagnosis would be done in a week, here we are almost 2 months away with nothing. Not a phone call, not even answering calls. My son's school and doctor are all upset waiting on a this diagnosis or at least a update call, but unfortunately Dr Hetrick is not considerate enough to do even that much. I recommend no one bring their child to her unless you have time to waste.

Never got my report. Never answer calls or emails. Voice mail full. Please stop ignoring people. This is not your only bad review on the internet. Please make it right. Give people what they paid for.

I really hate I went to her for my kid in September. I have not heard any results. She don't call back. She won't answer the phone. This ridiculous and unethical. She need to retire

Very unprofessional! My daughter had her last appointment 4 months ago Ive been trying to get her paperwork and Dr. Hetrick does nothing but LIE and hung up in my face when I asked why its taking so long. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE IF YOU TRULY NEED HELP!! I wish I could give zero stars.
