Called in the middle of the night for roadside assistance as my insurers system was completely down. Was told they were too busy and suggested I go with a competitor.

We just arrived in Wilmar with our motor home on a Sunday late afternoon, stopped to see my sister at the nursing home and when I went to leave the motor home wouldnt start. I called Eds and lucky for me I reached Fay the owner! She had a tow truck out in less then 30 minutes, unfortunately it was a starter and had to be towed, she arranged for it to be picked up, taken to their shop and repaired by the next afternoon, it takes a lot to impress me but Eds did. What a great company they have.
