      image Quite unpleasant service. Today before noon I needed their services and I could see that the two women in front of the desk serving others were not kind, they were like frustrated robots, they are not good attitude to anyone, to any client. I hope this changes because part of their job is to be kind-I think it's part of the UPS brand. (This company is cutting staff throughout the country and maybe it is because the service they provide is very unpleasant and we decided to use another company). Hopefully they improve.

      image They lose packages that are supposed to be shipped. Even with tracking number they say they dont have information on it and then say it was sent. Theyll give you a number that doesnt even work to check on it. I have 90$ worth of things floating around and no one can tell me where my package is. Its a joke.
