Being a local resident, I've visited this location many times. The staff are always friendly and the food always tastes and appears fresh. I do have to knock it two stars however, as this location frequently doesn't participate in national promotions. I frequently pickup subway for dinner as it's tasty and affordable. While this is a franchise issue and not related to employee interaction or food quality I have intentionally bought the same food at other locations in the area primarily Rochester where the majority of local residents work; roughly 75% of the time due to the fact that I have usually been able to obtain a substantial discount due to promotions etc. Signage on the door mentions tough decisions in the current climate regarding promotions and coupons. Unfortunately those tough decisions have forced my business elsewhere more often than not and likely this locations inability to generate adequate income lies in poor owner decision making and most certainly not on the staff or food quality.

Don't go there anymore don't have crab that was the only thing I like every thing else is though
