The phone number listed is for Choice Home Warranty, not Hertz. When I attempt to locate the Shakopee location on the website to book the rental, it states that this location does not exist. I wasted a bunch of time trying to find contact info, only to come up with nothing. This is a place of business advertising on Google, they should be aware of this. But the fact that is acceptable for the business to represent to the public this way, is very unprofessional.

This location is closed. The sign on the building is down and the only thing that remains is the sign that's by the entrance to the strip mall.

Literally the worst customer service Ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Arianne was so rude! Had no interest in helping with a car being switch and wouldnt transfer me to anyone. She stated she was the highest level person there and nobody would speak to me, the proceeded to tell me I dont need to do business with hertz after of course I already have paid for a week of car rental!!!!!! So horrible!
