I used to be a fairly regular customer, but can't believe how far downhill this place has gone! Went in with a couple of friends and waited, and waited, and yes, drive thru was busy, but no one, for about 8 minutes even acknowledged us there waiting to place an order. We were the only ones in line, there was food all over the kitchen floor, but still, we waited and nothing. So finally I decided we should just leave, and I yelled "see you guys!"

No wonder why this place is going down hill, only 2 employees working rush hours and online orders takes forever. They need some employees that actually want to work and need money

Don't bother ordering ahead, as they don't even start to make it until you get there.
