As of 6.17.15 the Roseville location is closed due to fire damage. We've experienced great customer service at this location. Especially when setting up our baby regerestry. I just wish the store was larger & more items were on display. I hope they reopen soon.

They aren't helpful at all! Worst customer service! This wasn't the first time. I left and went to toy's r us in Maplewood they where awesome and helped me.

Terrible customer service. The staff would walk away when they saw us walking towards them ready to ask for help. Once they saw us approaching them they'd quickly turn away as if they don't need to help with anything. One guy also told us he'd be back to help us but nope. He disappeared and we had to wander around to look for someone else to help us. Go somewhere else. The workers here are careless and snobby.

I've never had any issues with this location. The quality of the products is just as good or better than other stores, with the possible exclusion of high end baby stores like Carter's. The staff has always been helpful, never overly slow or rude. They treat me well and don't act as if I'm an inconvenience to them at all. I shop at this location often and recommend it to others who live within the general area.

Ordered a crib(a gift) online. Paid for it also at this time. Wanted to stop by and pick up the crib but was then told that even though the crib was in stock at the store we had to wait for a crib shipped in due to the online ordering. Received a call (voice mail) stating the crib was at the store and what did we want to do. I called my son who the crib was for and told him the crib was at the store and he needed to contact them ASAP. My son called same day and told the store of his intentions of coming in this Tuesday and picking up the crib. Store employee said no problem and it was at the store ready for pick up. Son called again to say he was going to arrive at the store and pick up the crib. The store employee told my son that the order was cancelled and would have to be reordered. Really; give me a break. Talked to store manager and that was a total waste of time. Never again to Babies "R" Us. He stated that they refunded the purchase price back to my bank account today. Checked this evening and no credit as of today. Hmmmmmm.
