      image Took almost an hour to exit the garage. The vehicle was filthy. I reported this upon exit and at return and now I have a bill for cleaning. Ridiculous. I'm disputing the charge but my overall experience was and continues to be terrible.

      image Never renting here again with Avis. One guy at counter with 12 people in line. Taking 10 mins per person once they get to the counter. Not the counter reps fault. Zero management here. Last time Avis ever gets my business.

      image I asked for a minivan as I had 4 adults and 3 kids. I was assigned a 5 seater SUV. I had to go back to get things sorted out.

      image The app experience is poor; customer service in terminal and at the preferred desk is nonexistent; and the car itself reeked of ax body spray, and was stained from spills. Once another car rental company can generate a customer-service and technology-forward culture , Avis is done.
