Went there last week and there was a bag by the ATM came this week and it was cleaned up. Call me impressed just don't call me late for dinner

Shockingly BAD service. What a change from former TCF.
Acct. minimum balance was increased by the new bank, along with fees...I closed the acct.
That went smoothly. Now, I have received two "statements" on the closed acct. with completely confusing numbers, and a pretend acct number.
Tried to call them so that they could save the money they are spending on sending me meaningless info on what is a closed acct. Local branch number transferred me automatically to a voicemail of another branch manager. So, I call another of the offered numbers...regional. Press each of the required numbers to try to solve the problem...after waiting & waiting, the number that was supposed to have a person to correct things hung up on me. Called another...no appropriate option. Called local again...GOT A PERSON...who wouldn't help me, wouldn't even write down the info so that someone could check later for the internal error...she told me to come in next week. I HAVE ALREADY COME IN, & CLOSED THAT ACCT. This is looking real BAD for us customers... and the accounts that are actually open. Hmmmm.

I deposited a check drawn on their bank with the funds available I pointed it out to the teller so that the funds should be made available what happens they put a hold on over half the money you don’t find out till you drive away and the app finally updates I hate TCF more and more
