      image UNETHICAL LAWYER. Harry sent me a letter for a wealthy home flipping client of this about a property boundary issue that had no substance; the letter was baseless at best, and threatening at worst. It took one call to my personal lawyer to understand this letter was a common scare tactic, and not valid. Needless to say I ignored it, and believe me if there was any substance his client would have sued as he is an unethical business man as well. Don't send these types of letters again unless you, or your client, intends to file suit. I would never hire someone that conducts business in such a manner.
