      image They offered zero flexibility for early arrival passengers to get to an early shuttle and canceled passengers without any notification or communication, leaving guests waiting in the terminal for hours without any clue where the shuttle are. The dispatcher stated he had no way to call the driver to find out where the shuttle was. Unreliable, unbelievably low standard for running a shuttle service.

      image Love Love Love. Both drives were exceptionally excellent.
      Had ride from MSP Airport to Winona.
      The driver went out of his way to look for me in a different terminal.
      Walter was amazing and knowledgeable driver took me to Winona, the drive was awesome!!
      Better to use Groomer Transport than rent a car.
