We worked with Stier to renovate two bathrooms simultaneously. From the beginning planning stages to the completed work, the entire experience was excellent. One unique aspect that drew us to Stier was that we would not need to hire a separate designer because they have two on staff. This streamlined the communication, leaving less room for confusion or misunderstanding. Our designer, Christina, intuitively knew what we were envisioning and guided our design choices to create beautiful spaces that feel like theyve always been a part of our older home. The entire teamLuke, Christina, Curt, Ethan, and Josh were friendly, prompt, and respectful of our home and our time. Perhaps even more impressive, is that their team of subcontractors acted in the exact same manner.
Luke and his team did everything possible to make the disruption of renovation as seamless as possible. Communication through the app and texts allowed us to always know what was happening and who would be coming to the house. They also took extra precautions to make sure that the renovation was as clean as possible, including papering off floors, stairs, and pathways to the bathrooms, and vacuuming those spaces every evening after work. The end results of all of this care and expert craftmanship are two absolutely beautiful bathrooms.
We highly recommend Stier Design & Build and will certainly use them again for future renovation projects.

Stier construction did a bathroom remodel for us last year. Luke, Christina and the entire team were wonderful to work with and we couldn't be more happy with the results. Our bathroom looks beautiful. We definitely would recommend them for your construction/remodel needs.

Hiring Stier construction for my kitchen remodel was the best decision. I highly recommend them for any remodeling project. Luke and Christina spent significant amount of time with me in the planning process and went above and beyond to help with choice of material and to keep the project on budget while achieving the result needed. The execution phase was very smooth and organized (also thanks to Curt and rest of the team). They kept me updated of the progress and they use an app that outlines the schedule which was very helpful. They finished the project ahead of schedule and have followed up on some minor things since then. I could not have hoped for better result and better experience. Looking forward to any new projects.
