Clare was incredibly kind and understanding. My mom passed away less than 3 months ago and I inherited 2 pictures. They needed some TLC, re-matting and re-framing. Clare listened to the stories & history behind each and was very compassionate. I wanted to honor my Mom by bringing the pictures back to life and hanging them in my home. Needless to say, they turned out beautifully. Clare has a eye for detail and knew just what they both needed. I could not be happier. Thank you Clare!

I brought several family heirloom pieces to the shop for framing. Clare is extremely talented with her keen eye and attention to detail. She made excellent suggestions for mat and frame style. The frame miters and mat cuts are absolutely perfect!

Thoughtful, patient and helpful staff with whom we worked in frame selection for a photo. It was a very unrushed experience. They do have a "by appointment only" system, but it allows uninterrupted time with the staff and that was very positive.

I went in to problem solve an issue I had with a canvas poster that I had purchased. It came creased upon delivery; Claire was most accommodating and resolved the issue making the poster perfect and packaging/presentation pleasing as well. Customer service was 5 star+. I would highly recommend and trust Red Wing Framing for any framing or restoration project.
