Very honest and professional. Was also not in a rush to charge us for a service call. Walked us through looking at the septic tank and power source to see if it was a simple fix and if he could help us fix things over the phone. It ended up not being an easy fix and he came out right away the next morning to assess the situation. He pumped our tank right away so we could use it while he went to get the things he needed to fix everything up and it was done by the afternoon. Very satisfied with the service.
