The new lady at Teller is Terrible i think she forgot without us Customers she wouldn't have a Job changing banks to where they actually care about you. Not the small town bank it use to be.

My husband and I met with Tyler H. today and he was very helpful and professional. After 33 yrs with another bank we switched to Bell when our friends raved about the great customer service, and it's true. We appreciate Tyler, June and everyone we encounter at this and other Bell Bank locations !

I opened my checking account online in April 2021. Since opening my account, I have overdrafted my account on numerous occasions, and a $33 fee has been assessed to the account for each overdraft. There have been automatic and cash deposits to make the account positive, covering the fees as well, as soon as Ive been able to. On two instances, Vice President/Branch Manager Brenda Messerschmidt has blocked my card so that i have to call her once my account is positive so she can personally allow me to resume using my card Today, 9/23/2021, I called Brenda to let her know my account was positive and asked her to turn my card back on. She told me she would. A while later, I called customer service to check the status of my card, they sent me back to Brenda. I asked her why she hadnt turned my card on yet and she told me, you only have $1.64 in your account and Im very busy today, so Im just gonna close your account and send a check. There is no complaints department at this bank.
