When I first went in for diagnosis, the nutritionist tried to lower my goal weight to add more weeks on the program. Programs are secretive and non-transparent. They don't disclose costs for purchasing mandatory products, nor do they explain the full plan cycle and the related requirements for each stage. In total, my actual program costs more than doubled due to the additional required snack and supplement purchases. Slim repair weeks are required every 6 weeks and you must buy their shake mix which sells for over $100. They force you to pay for everything upfront even before they create your personalized plan. Then they make you come back to sign the contract which puts all of the liability on you. You are not allowed to try out products, make exchanges or returns. During the three required visits each week the nutritionists hard sell you on all their other products. Nutritionists will say things like "you must purchase two Thermo-Snacks a week" but there are only 5 servings in a box so you end up heaving to purchase more. Finally, I have lost weight and met my goals on this program, but the underhanded tactics and over-inflated costs are NOT worth it!

I was not able to be helped because of some health issues. That is not my issue with them.  They keep sending me daily emails to get me to join even though they won't take me. I have unsubsidized 6 times, left 4 emails, and made calls. Still the emails keep coming. This is frustrating.
