Called 3 days in advance to arrange a substitute. Received a call an hour before scheduled temp arrival and notified us that they were “too busy” to send someone out. A short callback confirmed that they were understaffed leaving me in the lurch. Unacceptable and should have been notified day before. Will NOT use this service again.

I have had a lot of bad experience with calling this company for subs. Subs leave in the middle of the day they quit teaching temps and never return. They say they are sending someone and nobody shows up. They don’t communicate until way later. You occasionally have to call them over and over to get any answers about where the sub placement is at. Also people in the office are rude .

In my short time at teaching temps it has been a great experience communication is clear between staff and they do their best to get you full time employment.
