      image The hotel is excellent! The rooms and service are very good but the food was not good. Kips is the restaurant connected to the hotel and they have very good service but the food is bad. I ordered the 10oz Sirloin, and it wasn't cooked well (ordered medium and it came well done), and it was difficult to cut even with a large steak knife. The lemon cake was dry, and the mashed potatoes were runny. The breakfast food was better, but none of it was worth the price. Going to the Bistro next door was much better. The bathroom was well lit with decent water pressure and plenty of big fluffy towels. The TV was large and had online service for streaming apps, but Netflix wouldn't work. Fortunately, the TV was new enough, and the WiFi was good, and we could stream Netflix from our laptop. Overall the stay was very good and the service was good.
