Sheraton Minneapolis Midtown Hotel

My friends reservation was not awarded the price given on the phone she had to pay full price , very expensive, bar was closed no where else to eat, area not very safe !! Specially at night

My wife, 3 children and I got in late last night and settled in with no problem. Around 8PM we received a noise complaint because our children who are 1, 4 and 6,were being too loud. We apologized and quickly quieted them down for bed.They slept quietly all night long and we woke at 730 am with no problem. I left my room to take bags to the car and was confronted by the woman that made the complaint and she proceeded to call me children name and shame me on my "parenting ". By the time i returned to the room we had received another complaint. After being harrassed repeatedly by the accusing party while trying to leave we brought our complaints to the front desk where we were told they could do nothing about it because the situation was out of their control. Will never be back , never bring your kids here if they are capable of making noise!

Horrible experience!! This hotel is not friendly. The rooms were not clean. We were there for one night getting in late and leaving early. How can a hotel screw that up? But they did!! Management would not even address our concerns. I thought Sheraton was a quality place. Wish we would have stayed elsewhere.

Would not recommend rude, the central air did not work I called the front desk to let them know they said they would send someone I called back about 10 still no show we had to wake up our kids to move rooms. the surrounding was scary lost of homeless you could hear fighting’s night, would not recommend specially for a family! I also booked for two nights cancelled for the next day Booked somewhere else and still had to pay for this one not fair.

Oh my gosh I have never seen a cockroach as big as the one in our room. After seeing this the hotel front desk was told about it and didn't offer to pay for the room nor did they put us in an upgraded room! Ridiculous! Very disappointed!
