If you are going to see the twins, lynx or the Timberwolves... This is the best place to stay. We loved using the skywalk while we stayed there.

So I lowered my rating because the TV is small, 11 years old, and is not a smart TV. Very basic luxury even Motel 6 offers.

So I haven't slept yet, and my rating might change, but so far the fact that I'm happy to be here means all is more than good! My bedroom had similar to a new car scent when I walked in, and the view is awesome, even though I got pretty much a city view. The raggedy chairs everyone is posting pictures about are either standard, or I just got that room, but the pics are so prominent in the pics that I have to assume it's a tongue in cheek middle finger to those reviews I'm not sure... but besides the chair the room is awesome, and the TV in front of the toilet makes you want to sit a while.
So I am currently at Cosmos, the in house restaurant and just like the hotel, I feel welcomed and blessed with better than mediocre food! The menu looks great on its own, but I wanted something light, so I ordered the fish tacos and a side of Moroccan succotash, and I am just happy I chose wisely. Note to chef: the tacos could use a little heat... maybe in the avocado sauce, and the flour tortillas should be as fresh as possible... I understand they may have cooled on the walk to me which could make them harder, but they were still tasty!
So I'm just sipping some Moscato, eating the creme brule cheesecake, and contemplating a good night's sleep. Good place. Job well done, Hilton!
