I feel Adam Galili ripped me off. I explain in my termination letter below why I feel this way.
Why does he have so many 5 star reviews? Good question. Many are for Diana Walker who is not with Adam anymore. Others could possibly be family or close friends?
Termination Letter:
To Adam Galili,
I have decided to terminate our current legal relationship immediately. I am terminating this relationship because of gross incompetence which includes, but is not limited to:
Failure to exercise diligence.
There have been unnecessary delays in completing my simple will. A basic will should not take close to a half a year to complete.
Poor Communication.
Many of my calls/emails/texts have not been returned, even when requesting so.
Poor Follow Through.
You have not followed through on your own promises to call, meet or finalize documents.
Inappropriate advice.
You have given subtle but unasked suggestions on what I do with my money and property. Example - who I leave my car to.
Please do not take any further action on my behalf.
I request that you send a copy of my case file immediately to the address below: (end letter).
Adam responded to my Termination Letter at length trying to defend his poor performance. He offered to complete the work in a week which I found humorous. If you havent done it by now
The copy of my file Adam returned had no further work done since we last met though he indicated this was the case.
Lastly, my mistake, dont ever pay everything up front.
