      image DHL is awful. Be wary of having things shipped by them. They delivered an extremely expensive and special delivery to the complete wrong address - to a business or something? I cannot believe they are incapable of doing their job of simply delivering the package to the correct address. I am extremely frustrated and hope it can be recovered or I am reimbursed for my package.

      image Absolutely incompetent, they had my address, took a picture of it, but it was at a completely different location than my actual house. Literally the wrong location. No way to actually contact a human being about this on the phone, and the only supposedly human being is a live chat option on their website who has no empathy. The level of customer service is abysmal, companies should go above and beyond for their customers and this is atrocious.
