Hansen Bros Fence was a big disappointment. Really unprofessional. Poor quality workmanship. Can't remember basic instructions. Based on other reviews, they seem like they can do a good job sometimes, but as I know they do terrible work, too.

Doug was very thorough when he went over the fence design with us. Joe and his crew did an outstanding job installing the fence. Very courteous and professional team .Our fence is perfect!

The only time the communication was good was when they wanted to be paid. The fence was not installed in conformity with the estimate. I was very specific about my requirements and they bid the job to meet those requirements. The installation, however, did not meet those requirements. When they wrote the estimate they assured me they could do it as I requested - I had another estimate from another company so I knew what I was looking for. I'm ready to rip the thing out after spending about 5k to have it installed. Their failure to follow the estimate resulted in me losing the use of about 3 inches of my property, which was important because it means my driveway is almost impossible to use - it's just too narrow. I had checked their reviews, which weren't good so I went against my better judgement and used them anyway. You've been warned. Services: Installation, Ornamental iron fence
